5 reasons you need to attend AxoniCom LIVE!

So many online events, so little time.

Everyone’s hosting an online conference nowadays. In-person events have gone digital due to health and safety considerations. Your inbox was already stuffed with piles of webinar invites. With so many options, how do you know which digital events are worth your time and attention? Which activities are The Office (beloved and bingeable) and which are Space Force (also had Steve Carrell, but…total dud)?

Axonify is hosting our own online event—AxoniCom LIVE!—on Monday, September 28 and Tuesday, September 29. Traditionally, we host an event in Canada for the entire Axonify community. This year’s conference was scheduled to take place in Montreal this month. Unfortunately, we had to cancel this physical gathering. But going virtual gives us the chance to expand the discussion and bring together anyone and everyone who cares about the frontline—no matter where you live, what industry you’re in or if you’ve never used Axonify.

Here are five reasons why you should register to attend AxoniCom LIVE—right now!

#5: Learn from the brands you know and love

Disney. Verizon. Kroger. Lowe’s. We’re bringing together leaders from the world’s most frontline-forward companies to share their insights. There won’t be any “what ifs” during this event. AxoniCom LIVE is your chance to learn from experienced professionals who have successfully applied their ideas on the frontline.

#4: This isn’t just another Zoom session

Sit down. Click invitation. Watch. Repeat. Plenty of industry activities are now accessible online. However, many have also become long, boring, one-way experiences. Physical distance should not take away your opportunity to interact, collaborate and play. AxoniCom LIVE is built for engagement. Ask questions. Make new connections. Get out of your chair and have fun! In addition to keynotes and education sessions, our agenda includes time for yoga, cooking lessons and mind-bending illusions.

#3: Solve familiar frontline training problems

How do we fix our onboarding program? How do we build better content, faster to keep up with business changes? How do we even begin to develop an outcome-focused training strategy? AxoniCom LIVE education sessions will help you solve the most common challenges companies face on the frontline. We’ll show you how to get people to complete—and learn from—their compliance training. We’ll show you how to build a world-class onboarding program. We’ll help you build the business case for investing in your frontline so they get the training and support they need to do their best work every day.

#2: Did I mention the NBA Coach of the Year?

Nick Nurse will join us from inside the NBA playoff bubble at the Walt Disney World Resort. How cool is that? Hear the story of how Nick traveled a unique path to reach the top of his profession. Gather insights on how to maximize talent and lead in the face of disruption. Learn what it takes to turn a team into an NBA champion.

#1: The frontline needs your help

They’ve always been there to take care of us. They’ve always been essential to the success of your business. They’ve always been heroes, even if we only just realized it. Healthcare workers. Grocery clerks. Retail associates. Contact center agents. Delivery drivers. Logistics workers. They’re the reason we’re still moving forward. But they need your help to keep doing their jobs safely and productively as disruption continues. We’ll help you get them the support they need—and deserve.

If that’s not enough to convince you to join us for a one-of-a-kind, can’t-miss, engaging, practical, fun, insightful and innovative digital event. Then maybe this will help: It’s completely FREE. So block September 28 – 29th in your calendar for AxoniCom LIVE! I promise it’ll be The Office of online events.

I’ll see you there.
