Customer Experience Teams
CX is all about making things happen. Our customers come to us with ideas, strategies, challenges, and needs, and we move them forward. Every time. We are problem solvers, creative thinkers and change makers, all striving towards a common goal: to help our customers do what they do, better.
Who we are
Customer engagement is one part strategic and one part technical. We’re not project managers, but we do project managy-type things. We make sure each project is aligned to a measurable business goal and see through to execution. We influence change, set the foundation for success, and ultimately help our customers launch Axonify for their people.
We know that customer care means more than simply happy customers. We don’t just solve tickets, which we do at a success rate of 98.9%. For us, customer care is about moving our customers forward and making sure they are using Axonify in the best way possible.
Creative & Instructional Design
The creative and instructional design team is the most creative group of people in the company (don’t tell marketing). We know how to make something from nothing; we see solutions where others see problems. We are responsible for creating the world’s best microlearning content, and we’re getting better all the time. We don’t deal with fluff; we create content that builds knowledge and leads our customers to better business results.
“The best part of working at Axonify is the people. The feeling that you have your extended family working with you. They are there to collaborate with you, to challenge you and help you grow, and of course to make you laugh and smile through your day.”
“Everyone is very approachable and helpful. We have a lot of fun helping our customers achieve fantastic business results. I love seeing the results our product gives our customers and enjoy the customer interaction in helping our platform work for them.”
“I love the people I work with at Axonify. Everybody is driven to do their best and provide an amazing experience for our customers.”
