Axonify Global Customer Referral Program Agreement

Agreement:

By participating in the Axonify Global Customer Referral Program (the “Program”), the referring customer (“Referrer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility and Referral Process:

Referrers must complete and submit the referral form with accurate contact information for a business entity (the “Referred Party”). Employees of Axonify and its affiliates are ineligible. Axonify reserves the right to determine the validity of all referrals. The Referrer confirms they have obtained the Referred Party’s consent to share their contact details with Axonify, in compliance with all applicable local data privacy regulations.

Rewards for Sales Accepted Lead (“SAL”):

For each referral that results in a SAL, the Referrer will receive a $250 reward, fulfilled through Sendoso, offering a choice of gift cards or charitable donations, as available in the Referrer’s region.
If the Referrer is also an existing Axonify customer, they will additionally receive two (2) Professional Services (“PS”) credits, valued at $2,000, applied to their account. Axonify may substitute rewards of equivalent value if necessary, based on regional availability.
Referrers understand that Axonify is not responsible for issues relating to the Sendoso platform, and that any issues with the fulfillment of the gift cards or charitable donations must be handled through Sendoso’s support channels. PS credits are subject to Axonify’s professional services agreements.

Rewards for Closed Won Deal:

For each referral that results in a closed won deal, the Referrer will choose between: (a) a swag package valued at $1,000, for internal Axonify learning rewards; or (b) five (5) Professional Services (PS) credits, valued at $5,000, applied to their account. The Referrer must select their reward at the time of deal closure. Axonify may substitute rewards of equivalent value if necessary, based on regional availability. Professional Services credits are subject to Axonify’s professional services agreements.

General Provisions:

Axonify reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice. All rewards are subject to availability and regional limitations. The Referrer is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the rewards, in accordance with their local tax laws. The Referrer’s personal information will be used in accordance with Axonify’s Privacy Policy, accessible at https://axonify.com/legal/privacy-policy/, and in compliance with all applicable data protection regulations. This Program and these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, to the extent permissible by applicable law. In cases where local law mandates certain provisions, those provisions will supersede the governing law stated here. Axonify will comply with all applicable privacy laws.

By participating in the Program, the Referrer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
