John leads Axonify’s finance and legal teams, overseeing financial, contracting, risk management, compliance and investor-related matters. He brings significant experience from previous financial leadership roles in high-growth SaaS and tech companies including Aeryon Labs, ScribbleLive, Odyssey Financial Technologies and FloNetwork. John sits on the boards of several emerging Canadian tech companies and holds CPA, CA and CBV designations and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
