Adam Bartlett is Regional Vice President of Global Markets at Axonify, leading go-to-market across the UK & Ireland, Europe and Africa, along with the company’s global partner and reseller network spanning EMEA and APAC. He helps enterprises transform frontline teams so they’re ready to perform every day; with readiness they can measure, improve and act on.

Adam brings more than a decade in frontline learning and enablement. A founding member of Axonify’s European team, he went on to serve as Managing Director at Thrive, one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies, before returning to Axonify in 2026. Earlier roles include client leadership positions at Learning Technologies Group (LTG) and Sponge. Outside of work, Adam is an endurance triathlete with a lifelong passion for human performance.
