Rob Platzer

Chief Technology Officer

At Axonify, frontline workers—often new to the job and thrown straight onto the floor—get the continuous enablement, coaching and reinforcement they need to actually succeed. Rob Platzer leads the engineering behind that mission as Chief Technology Officer, building scalable, intelligent solutions that put readiness directly in the hands of the people doing the work. It’s a mission he’s chased his whole career: democratizing photography for independent shops up against giants like Getty at Digital Railroad, advancing pay equity at Syndio, and now helping frontline teams show up ready at Axonify. Based in New York’s Hudson Valley, Rob’s an avid boater who says the sea never stops teaching him something new.
