Axonify Experiences Record Growth in 2017; Solidifies Position as Only Microlearning Platform Trusted by Global Business Leaders

Company reports 958% ARR growth since 2013, serving over 1 million users in 95 countries

December 21, 2017 – WATERLOO, ON – Axonify, the company behind the only microlearning platform built for business, announced today that the company has experienced significant growth in 2017. Achieving results and building momentum in key areas across the organization including customer acquisition, retention, and product innovation, Axonify also moved into its new headquarters in Waterloo, ON and significantly increased the size of its workforce.

Marking milestones – Axonify’s 100th software release, a growing customer base, new corporate HQ, and award-wins

Product: 100th release and a focus on micro content

In mid-December, Axonify released the 100th version of its software. The year saw some of the most significant advancements to the platform to date with a strong focus on microlearning content.  The introduction of an entire content creation experience within the platform and the launch of the Axonify Content Exchange, a vast library of off-the-shelf micro content and reinforcement questions, helps customers quickly and easily deliver learning sessions that are built to drive performance.

New & Existing Customers: Solving business problems across industries

In 2017, Axonify grew its customer base across key segments including retail, manufacturing, logistics, finance and insurance by adding top brands including: American Tire Distributors, Grace Hotels, Mutual of Omaha and O’Reilly Auto Parts. These companies join an existing roster of forward thinking organizations including: At Home Décor Stores, Bloomingdale’s, John Hancock, Johnson and Johnson, Manulife Financial, Northgate Gonzalez Market, and Toyota among others.

Corporate Expansion: A new HQ and growing workforce

To support Axonify’s aggressive growth trajectory, the company moved its corporate headquarters in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada to a 30,000 square foot industrial office space on Phillip Street. The company also added more than 50 new employees across all functions surpassing 140 employees, with plans to hire another 40 employees in 2018.
