The Axonify Awards are going virtual this year—and we’re calling for your most inspiring achievements in learning, development and frontline support using Axonify from this past year.
Whether you’re recognizing a high-performing team, a transformational leader or a standout frontline worker, there’s a category for everyone. Share your story and walk away with more platform usage ideas, a possible award or two and that warm and fuzzy feeling you get from celebrating a job well done.

Who’s eligible?
Know someone who works hard to ensure the frontline has what they need to succeed, feel seen and appreciated? Have a team that’s passionate about challenging the status quo and goes above and beyond to do their best work? Nominate them for an Axonify Award!
We’re looking for teams and individuals who have distinguished themselves in the last year by achieving measurable program, campaign or business results for their frontline workforce.
This might look like:
- Platform superusers who use Axonify features in innovative ways
- Strong programs and initiatives that drive the ongoing progress of frontline employees, break down barriers and simplify the job to get the right support
- Inspiring others to take a holistic approach to learning and challenging how they think about the frontline
- Championing a frontline-forward culture in their organization, securing leadership buy-in and leveraging tech and data to embody the Axonify way

November: Winners announced during virtual event
The Axonify Awards are:
- Global: Open to all regions.
- Free: There’s no cost to complete a nomination form or attend the virtual award ceremony.
- Customer only: ALL Axonify customers are able to apply for any award category.
What you’ll win
Since we’re not gathering in person, we’re making this year’s celebration extra special. Ahead of our virtual party, winners will receive a custom award in the mail.
