Time away: Axonify offers flexible paid time off (4 week minimum), “Life Care” days, Axonify holidays, Summer Fridays (condensed summer work week to enjoy Friday afternoons off) and a Flexible Holiday program to swap public holidays for days off that are more aligned with your beliefs.

Programming: Our in-house programming connects you with great resources to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing, such as first-time homebuyer or retirement planning workshops, lunchtime yoga, cooking classes and guided meditation sessions.

Customer experience

The Customer Experience team turn customers’ dreams into reality by delivering creative implementation solutions and meaningful content that seamlessly fits into their workflows and gives the frontline the knowledge they need to deliver their best work.

Customer success

The Customer Success team are experts in delivering customer-centric strategies to focus on our customers’ definition of success and leverage the best of our cross functional teams to ensure our customers reach their desired goals.


The Development team is focused on continuously enhancing and evolving our world-class learning solution, all while maintaining the highest standards of system health and security. Our agile project teams include front-end (client) and server developers who collaborate alongside Quality Assurance to create new features and products that our customers will love.


Our European team has all the benefits and agility of a start-up with the stability and support of our global operation in Canada. Our tight knit team of sales, marketing and customer success professionals are diverse in experiences and languages, which increases our bench strength and ensures no two conversations are the same.


The Marketing team is on the frontlines of driving our go-to-market strategy. In this disruptive space, we are obsessed with cutting through the noise. And we never stop learning and evolving to bring amazing integrated campaigns to life.

Product management

Our Product Management team is made up of designers and creators with the vision and expertise to bring the Axonify platform to market. Axonify is the leader in frontline learning and our product team works hard to make sure we stay that way. We take the time to deeply understand the market at large and what our buyers and users need.


Our Account Sales, Business Development and Business Operations teams connect with business leaders to demonstrate how Axonify can get their frontline ready for anything with training and communications that actually work. And our Revenue Enablement team ensures they have the resources and support to get it done.

The candidate experience

So you’re excited about applying for a position at Axonify? Here’s what happens next.


Once you’ve found a role you’d like to apply for, your next step is to create a profile in our applicant tracking system, include a resume, cover letter (yes, we do read them!) and a brief sentence or two to tell us what makes you unique. You’ll then receive an email confirming your application has been submitted.

Our Talent Acquisition team takes the time to review each profile, resume and cover letter that comes into our application portal. So even if you aren’t sure if you check all the boxes for a role, apply anyway! We ensure a fair, equitable process that offers you the opportunity to showcase your unique self and the value you will add to the role and our culture.

Intro Chat

If your application is a preliminary match, you’ll be invited for a virtual (phone or video) chat with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.

Our goal for the chat is to provide you with an overview of the role, the team and why Axonify is a great place to work. We will clarify your experience, learn about your skills, and hear why you’d like to work with us. We also recognize that you’re looking to see if the role and Axonify are the right fit for you, so we make sure there’s plenty of time for you to interview us as well!

Meet the team

If there continues to be mutual alignment, you’ll be invited to virtually meet with a variety of team members. Our process isn’t the fastest, but we feel it’s important to give you the opportunity to meet different Axonifiers (and vice versa). This ensures we don’t have any biases in our hiring decisions. Some of the people you could meet throughout the process include:

  • Hiring Manager: To assess your knowledge and skill level. You may also be asked to complete an assessment to confirm these details
  • Team members: To have an influence in the decision of their newest colleague
  • People & Culture Business Partner: To share more details about what it’s like to work at Axonify
  • VP of the team: So you have the opportunity to connect with the senior leader

Communication is an important part of our process and your Talent Acquisition Partner will update you as you move through each stage.


Once all of the conversations are complete, your Talent Acquisition Partner will connect with you. If all the stars align and we’re the right fit for each other, we’ll verbally share our offer and follow up with written details.

We meet some amazing people with some impressive skills and wish every one of them could join the Axonifam. Unfortunately, we usually can only select one person. If you aren’t selected to join the Axonifam this time, please stay connected! Our written offer outlines lots of details, including vacation, benefits, stock options and salary.
We take thoughtful care to determine the salary we offer so you can rest easy knowing you don’t have to negotiate. Here are some ways we always make sure our salary decisions are equitable, fair and competitive:

  • We access a variety of salary surveys that assess industry trends and the job market
  • We base our salaries on competitive ranges for each of our roles
  • We take a deep dive into your experience, competency, and future potential to align with internal equity and we take thoughtful care to review every year to make sure everything still makes sense

Once you accept our offer, we conduct a background check including references and criminal check. Once those come back all clear, we count down the days until you start your first day as a member of the Axonifam!
