2024 Axonify Awards Terms & Conditions for Nominations

Eligibility:

  • All Axonify customers are eligible to participate in the 2024 Axonify Awards. The awards are open to organizations and individuals who have used Axonify in the past 12 months.
  • Only one nomination per category per organization is permitted.
  • Nominations can be submitted by individuals or on behalf of their organizations.

Submission Process:

  • Stage 1: Applications Open
    • Nominations must be submitted online via the official nomination form on the Axonify website.
    • The deadline for submission is October 4th at 5pm ET. Late entries will not be considered.
    • For categories where self-nomination is applicable, all required fields in the nomination form must be completed.
    • Additional documentation or media to support your nomination (e.g., screenshots, case studies, videos) may be submitted but is not mandatory.
  • Stage 2: Review and Selection
    • All nominations will be reviewed by Axonify’s panel of judges, including VP of Customer Success, Larysa Wood, VP of Customer Experience, Andrew Jackson, and Chief Learning Architect, JD Dillon.
    • The judging panel will evaluate nominations based on the award criteria outlined for each category.
    • Shortlisted nominees may be contacted for further information or clarification.
    • Finalists will be selected based on the strength of their nominations and alignment with the award criteria.
  • Stage 3: Winners Announced
    • Winners will be notified via email prior to the virtual Axonify Awards ceremony.
    • The winners will be officially announced during the virtual Axonify Awards ceremony.
    • Award recipients will receive their awards in the mail to be opened during the virtual event.

General Terms and Conditions:

  • By submitting a nomination, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to submit on behalf of your organization, if applicable.
  • Axonify reserves the right to disqualify any nomination that does not meet the submission criteria or that contains false or misleading information.
  • Nominations and any accompanying materials become the property of Axonify and will not be returned.
  • Axonify reserves the right to modify the awards process, categories, or timeline at any stage of the program.
  • All submitted information will be kept confidential and will only be shared with the judging panel for the purpose of evaluating the nominations.
  • If you win, your story may be featured in Axonify’s marketing materials, including a press release and social media posts.
  • By submitting an application you agree that all materials that have been submitted do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third parties.
