Axonify Brings Together Global Learning and Development Leaders at 4th Annual Community Conference
Axonify Unveils Revolutionary New Guided Learning Feature Fusing Online and Classroom Employee Learning
WATERLOO, ON – (October 10, 2018) – Axonify, the world’s leading corporate microlearning platform, concluded its 4th Annual Community Conference last week drawing more than 250 attendees from around the globe. The event, including Axonify customers, partners and staff, was held September 30-October 2, 2018 at Hotel X Toronto.
The annual event celebrated organizations that are transforming the way they conduct corporate learning to drive meaningful business results and offered attendees networking, panel sessions and events. Shawn Kanungo, General Partner of Queen & Rook Capital, kicked off the event with a keynote focused on the importance of embracing digital transformation and innovative technologies.
“We always enjoy bringing our customers together to share their employee learning experiences as they are at the forefront of using learning to its full potential,” said Carol Leaman, CEO of Axonify. “A major theme at this year’s event was driving purposeful business outcomes through training efforts.”
Axonify’s Guided Learning, a component of its microlearning platform, was spotlighted at the event during a breakout panel session. A tailored learning path, Guided Learning helps fuse hands-on practice with online and classroom learning into a single, complete employee onboarding experience.
“Hands-on practice is critical to getting new employees ready to perform on the job, but employees are often left to connect the dots between formal instruction with how it applies day-to-day,” added Leaman. “Guided Learning unites online and classroom learning, to get every employee in an organization trained faster and improve performance.”
