Axonify Ranked a Fasting Growing Company in North American on Deloitte’s 2018 Technology Fast 500™
Leading Corporate Microlearning Organization Also Recognized for Third Consecutive Year as One of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50™ Companies in Canada
WATERLOO, ON [November 20, 2018] — Axonify, the world’s leading corporate microlearning platform, today announced it ranked No. 236 on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and energy tech companies in North America based on growth from 2014 to 2017. Axonify grew 390 percent during this time period.
Axonify was also recognized with a Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program award for the third consecutive year. The Fast 50 program honors 50 Canadian technology companies with the highest revenue-growth percentage over the past four years.
Axonify CEO Carol Leaman attributes the company’s success—including this latest achievement—to its innovative technology and dedicated team.
“We are pleased to be recognized for our strong commitment to helping companies drive business performance by transforming the way they train their employees,” said Leaman. “Organizations are realizing that traditional approaches to training just aren’t working anymore and don’t reinforce the business-critical things people need to know to do a good job. Employee learning must be fun, fast and engaging, and work to continuously reinforce the right behaviors, so that when it’s time for an employee to act, they instinctively know what to do for the good of the business.”
Overall, 2018 Technology Fast 500™ companies achieved revenue growth ranging from 143 percent to 77,260 percent from 2014 to 2017, with median growth of 412 percent.
“Congratulations to the Deloitte 2018 Technology Fast 500 winners on this impressive achievement,” said Sandra Shirai, vice chairman, Deloitte LLP, and U.S. technology, media and telecommunications leader. “These companies are innovators who have converted their disruptive ideas into useful products, services and experiences that can captivate new customers and drive remarkable growth.”
To qualify for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 ranking, companies must have been in business for at least four years, have revenues of at least $5 million, be headquartered in Canada, own proprietary technology, conduct research and development activities in Canada and invest a minimum of five percent of gross revenues in R&D.
