Who we are
Client engagement is one part strategic and one part technical. We’re not project managers, but we do project managy-type things. We make sure each project is aligned to a measurable business goal and see through to execution. We influence change, set the foundation for success, and ultimately help our customers launch Axonify for their people.
We know that customer care means more than simply happy customers. We don’t just solve tickets, which we do at a success rate of 98.9%. For us, customer care is about moving our customers forward and making sure they are using Axonify in the best way possible.
Creative & Instructional Design
The creative and instructional design team is the most creative group of people in the company (don’t tell marketing). We know how to make something from nothing; we see solutions where others see problems. We are responsible for creating the world’s best microlearning content, and we’re getting better all the time. We don’t deal with fluff; we create content that builds knowledge and leads our customers to better business results.
