Capital BlueCross Teams up with Axonify to Pioneer the Next Generation of Personalized and Engaging Corporate Training
WATERLOO, ONTARIO – October 31, 2013 – Axonify Inc. today announced yet another large scale implementation of its next generation corporate eLearning platform.
Following an overwhelmingly successful 90 day pilot, Capital BlueCross, a leader in health insurance has chosen Axonify as the platform to deliver the next generation of training to its evolving team of health insurance professionals.
Capital BlueCross was seeking an all-in-one solution that addressed knowledge retention for dynamically changing training content, on the job and on the fly learning without a time impact on productivity and most importantly an adaptive approach that was able to automatically identify and eliminate knowledge gaps seamlessly and effectively.
During the pilot period, Capital BlueCross experienced a significant lift in employee knowledge of up to 40% in some topic areas, a dramatic error-rate reduction and improved overall employee engagement. The combined end result of these metrics was a lasting and impactful cultural shift across the pilot group.
“These past three months have made an incredible impact on our culture. For the first time ever our employees are talking about procedures and processes in a manner that is casual, natural and organic. What was even more surprising to us was the noticeably improved mood and morale. Everyone was smiling, laughing and talking about the testing. We can’t wait to roll out Axonify across our organization,” said Mike Keeler, Vice President of Operations at Capital BlueCross.
Capital BlueCross is now expanding its deployment of the next generation platform to its account administration team, customer service group and claims processing division over the coming weeks.
With the science of neuroplasticity and interval reinforcement as well as engagement mechanics such as gamification and rewards Axonify helps bring and keep critical operational knowledge top of mind, enhancing customer experiences through better accuracy and improved service.
The Axonify platform enables organizations to easily motivate and engage employees in the learning process through the delivery of personalized, bite-sized content in the form of daily questions and information in topic areas those organizations care about. Using concepts of behavioral science combined with gaming, Axonify is proven to improve sales and service levels, while reducing safety incidents and inventory shrinkage. The system creates a real-time, personalized knowledge map employee by employee, which identifies and closes information gaps. Participation and success rates are measured and correlated to specific corporate outcomes that drive revenue or reduce expenses. For more information, please visit: www.axonify.com.
